TOP, a hit when it comes to stage manners and selling out all theaters!

Choi Seung Hyun (TOP), who was reborn as an actor-idol through the war movie Into the Gunfire, has become a hit when it comes to stage manners. Into the Gunfire was sold out at all theaters this past weekend due to Choi Seung Hyun’s attendance, and proved that he was the best when it came to stage manners.

Choi Seung Hyun, along with with Kim Yoon Sung, who played the part of student soldier Poong Chun, Kim Dong Bum, who played the part of Jae Sun, and director Lee Jae Han went around to theaters in Seoul and the area of Kyeong Ki this past weekend to make stage appearances. In particular, with each appearance, Choi Seung Hyun prepared a surprise stage or gift for the audience.

He personally prepared popcorn, beverages, and ice cream for the audience and even went into the seats to deliver the gifts. Furthermore, he received cheers from the audience as he hugged and took pictures with those in the audience.

Kim Yoon Sung, who played the role of Poong Chun, became an MC of sorts with his wit on stage. And Kim Dong Bum received warm applause for his beatboxing to Choi Seung Hyun’s (TOP) new song.

After the actors completed their introductions on stage, they would sit amongst the audience to watch Into the Gunfire. And with another stage appearance once the movie was over, they received even greater love from the audience.

Into the Gunfire took first place for three weeks in Korea’s Movie Box Office with its 2.5 million viewers as of last weekend. Moreover, attendance for Into the Gunfire in its third week was similar to that of its second week, and so an even greater rise is predicted.

Officials say, “As World Cup fever wears off, more people are heading to the theaters,” and, “The target population for this movie is different from Shrek and other movies that were recently released.” Furthermore, “At first, the average age of the viewers was pretty high, but now younger viewers are seeking out Into the Gunfire.”

Into the Gunfire is currently on its way to breaking 3 million viewers.
